Our Naturally Mined Diamond pieces have a 15 day returns window from receipt of ring.
Bespoke pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All pieces must be returned to Fenton within the above eligibility windows, otherwise will not be considered for a return or exchange.
All returns are subject to assessment by our team and must be unworn or in unworn condition. Should we find your piece has been worn, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Please also be mindful that earrings can only be returned unworn due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds are returned to the original method of payment.

What if I choose the wrong ring size?

You can have most rings resized easily and our first resizing, within your
60 days standard exchange/refund period, is complimentary. If you require a re-sizing outside of this period, you
can purchase our industry-leading Aftercare membership).
Kindly note that your order becomes non-refundable after we resize a ring
for you (with the exception of the treasure box stock items where a resizing
is included), but always exchangeable as per our standard T&Cs.
