Returns & Exchanges

May I return my fenton jewellery?

Yes! We offer a full exchange or refund if the item is returned to us in unworn condition within 60 days from the day you receive your piece.

All pieces returned to us are subject to a wear and tear evaluation by our team and if deemed worn then your refund eligibility will be void and the piece will be eligible either for exchange or to be returned back to you.

If a piece displays any of the following this would indicate wear and tear and as such will not be accepted for a refund:

- Scratches anywhere on the band.
- Small dents in the metal.
- Scratches, dents or superficial marks on the gemstone/s.
- Misshapen band.
- Lifted prong/s.
- Dirt under the setting.
- Missing accent stones.

Kindly note, our bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The same applies for orders where we source a specific stone colour or shade for you.

Please also be mindful that earrings can only be returned unworn due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds are returned to the original method of payment.

How do I return my piece?

Please reach out to our Concierge team if you wish to return your piece to us, and we will send you the returns form and instructions.

Are returns free of charge?

We do not cover the cost of shipping back to us, but otherwise returns and exchanges are free of charge so long as the return adheres to our policy and the jewellery is in unworn condition.

Please note, international orders may be treated separately, so please reach out to our team for any questions.

What is your returns & exchanges window?

We offer a 60 returns and exchanges window upon receipt of the piece to you, and we will only accept pieces back to us that are in unworn condition.

may i return an item i have already engraved?

We proudly offer returns and exchanges within 60 days of receiving your item. However, please be aware that once you’ve exchanged a piece, it becomes non-refundable. Furthermore, each purchased item is eligible for only one exchange.

May i return an item i have already exchanged?

We will accept any non-bespoke piece for a return or exchange as long as it is in unworn condition and within our 60 days window. However, please be aware that once you’ve exchanged a piece once, your purchase then becomes non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

What if I choose the wrong ring size?

You can have most rings resized easily and our first resizing, within your 60 days standard exchange/refund period, is complimentary. If you require a re-sizing outside of this period, you can purchase our industry-leading Aftercare membership).
Kindly note that your order becomes non-refundable after we resize a ring for you (with the exception of the treasure box stock items where a resizing is included), but always exchangeable as per our standard T&Cs.

Do I have to resize my ring with Fenton?

If you have a Fenton ring, then we advise to have any resizing or repairs work carried out by our workshop, as otherwise your manufacturing warranty with us is voided and we will be unable to carry out any further work on your Fenton piece.
