Can I return or exchange my Everyday Jewellery?

No. Due to hygiene reasons all of our Everyday earrings are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Why is Everyday cheaper than your other collections?

This collection uses 14k gold which uses slightly less pure gold than 18k gold. It is, however, a common gold karat to find in fine jewellery and our pieces are always solid gold, never plated.

Can I copy something from your other collection and make it in 14k gold?

We do not craft our wider collection in 14K. We use 18K gold and 950 Platinum. For all bespoke enquiries, please contact our Concierge team who will be happy to help.

Is caring for 14K the same as 18K?

Yes. As our jewellery is not plated, the care required is the same as the rest of our collection.

Is the jewellery plated or solid?

Our Everyday Collection is solid 14k gold.

Why did you launch this collection?

We take customer feedback seriously, and where we can we aim to offer both value and quality. Our Everyday Collection provides all of our customers with a new range of jewellery at exceptional value for money. We think jewellery is fun, and we want you to have fun with it too without breaking the bank!

Can I view these pieces in an appointment?

We reserve our appointments for engagement rings, wedding bands, wedding jewellery or bespoke pieces. We don’t currently offer appointments for our Everyday Collection as we do not a stock of them, helping us to avoid waste from overproduction. If you have any questions please get in touch and we will be happy to help !

How do you compare your prices?

Our prices are compared with similar products in quality and style from a selection from high street brands including but not limited to Monica Vinader, Mejuri, Missoma, Diamond Factory, Olivia and Pearl, Ernest Jones and Daisy Jewellery. Comparisons may have a lower carat weight or size. All prices correct as of Feb 2025 and are reviewed over time.
