Our FAQs are in place to ensure you receive only the best service, product and answers to your questions. We aim to cover questions on each aspect of our product, service and Aftercare offering. Purchases

What is your lead time?

For Made to Order pieces, we quote a lead time of 4-6 weeks as we are sourcing your stone specially for you and crafting your piece around it.

For larger gemstones or bespoke orders, we may quote up to 8 or 10 weeks, style depending.

Please note, if we are shipping internationally, then depending on the destination this may add 5-7 business days onto the lead time.

Can I resize my ring?

You can have most rings resized easily and our first resizing, within your 60 days standard exchange/refund period, is complimentary (after this, you can still subscribe to our industry-leading Aftercare package).

Kindly note, that your order becomes non-refundable after we resize a ring for you (with the exception of the Treasure Box stock items where a resizing is included), but always exchangeable as per our standards T&Cs.

How do I measure my ring size?

We suggest to book an appointment with a member of our Concierge team if you are unsure of your ring size. If you are not based in London, then you are welcome to request a ring sizer sent out to you.

We are also able to offer On-Line appointments to help with ring sizing, but please note this may not be fully accurate. If you are not based near London and would like the most accurate ring sizing, please pop into a local jewellery who may be able to help.

May I return an engraved item?

Yes, you can, so long as it is within our standard 60 returns and exchanges window, in unworn condition.

Can I see real photos of the piece before I purchase?

As we are a primarily Made to Order business, we do not carry a large stock of pieces nor do we have images of every possible combintation if it has never been made!

We are very happy to share images of the same or similar pieces we have made in the past for your reference. Please note this may include different specifications to the exact piece you are looking for, but we aim to give as much detailed information and context as possible.

How do you provide value for money?

We are a primarily Made to Order business, so our lower overheads allow our prices to remain competitive.

We also source directly from countries of origin of our gemstones, or from dealers specialising in particular countries of origin, allowing us to cut out the middleman in the supply chain, who in turn add an average mark up of 10x from mine to market.

International Orders

Can I pay in my local currency?

We can accept payments in GBP, USD, Euro and CHF.

For international orders outside of Europe, we advise to pay either in USD or GBP.

Kindly note, if paying in GBP, we are able to remove the VAT however this then makes you liable to pay taxes and customs in your destination country. Should you pay the VAT on the GBP price, we cover the cost of taxes and duties when shipping to you.

Can i re-size my ring if i am based outside of the uk?

Yes, you are welcome to send your ring back to us for re-sizing if you are not based in the UK. If you are within the 60 lead time, or you have a valid Aftercare Membership, we are able to offer the re-sizing as a complimentary service.

In this instance, we do not cover the cost of shipping, but we are able to help with organising collection and delivery back to you. Please reach out to our Concierge team for an idea of cost depending on where you are based.

Do I need to pay for duties or customs if I am returning a ring for a repair, refund or exchange?

Yes. We will help you organise the return and ship your piece back out to you and the fee will depend on where you are based. Please reach out to our Concierge team for further information.

Can you send a ring sizer internationally?

Yes, please request a ring sizer via our form or directly with a member of our Concierge team and we will be happy to send you a ring sizer via standard international mail.
