For larger gemstones or bespoke orders, we may quote up to 8 or 10 weeks, style depending.
Please note, if we are shipping internationally, then depending on the destination this may add 5-7 business days onto the lead time.

Kindly note, that your order becomes non-refundable after we resize a ring for you (with the exception of the Treasure Box stock items where a resizing is included), but always exchangeable as per our standards T&Cs.

We are also able to offer On-Line appointments to help with ring sizing, but please note this may not be fully accurate. If you are not based near London and would like the most accurate ring sizing, please pop into a local jewellery who may be able to help.
May I return an engraved item?

Yes, you can, so long as it is within our standard 60 returns and exchanges window, in unworn condition.

We are very happy to share images of the same or similar pieces we have made in the past for your reference. Please note this may include different specifications to the exact piece you are looking for, but we aim to give as much detailed information and context as possible.

We also source directly from countries of origin of our gemstones, or from dealers specialising in particular countries of origin, allowing us to cut out the middleman in the supply chain, who in turn add an average mark up of 10x from mine to market.

For international orders outside of Europe, we advise to pay either in USD or GBP.
Kindly note, if paying in GBP, we are able to remove the VAT however this then makes you liable to pay taxes and customs in your destination country. Should you pay the VAT on the GBP price, we cover the cost of taxes and duties when shipping to you.

In this instance, we do not cover the cost of shipping, but we are able to help with organising collection and delivery back to you. Please reach out to our Concierge team for an idea of cost depending on where you are based.
