What is Fenton Brides?

Fenton Brides is to support our community of brides planning one of the most exciting events in their life. Big, small, intimate or the more the merrier, we’ve tried to think about the many aspects of wedding planning to make it as easy for you as possible to enjoy your big day!

How do I qualify to be a Fenton Bride?

If you are a Fenton customer and have spent a minimum of £1,250, then you qualify to be a Fenton Bride. A little secret… you don’t actually have to be a bride in order to enjoy the numerous discounts on offer to you via Fenton!

Where do I find the exact discounts?

If you are an existing Fenton customer and have met the minimum spend threshold, then simply sign into your Fenton account, and navigate to the Fenton Brides page here to view all the offers from our brand partners available to you.

How do I claim the offers?

You will find a different code and instructions on how to redeem your offer for each company. These are each each available within each brands page once you’re signed in. The codes will change periodically so do check you have the most up to date code when you are ready to use it. As our brand partners are 3rd party businesses, they may all have different T&Cs when claiming your discount code, so please do reach out to them directly should you have any questions on their particular policies.

DO I have access if I'm not based in the UK?

Please reach out to the brand directly to find out if they operate where you live.

Am I eligible if I haven’t spent £1,250?

£1,250 is the minimum spend to be eligible for all the discounts for Fenton Brides. This may be across several orders.

If I return my Fenton piece for a refund, am I still eligible for the discounts?

If you return your Fenton piece for a refund which means you no longer meet the minimum spend threshold, then you will no longer be eligible to enjoy the discounts.

Can I use any of the discounts as a credit towards another Fenton piece instead?

As the discount codes are from third party companies, you are not able to exchange them for credit or discounts towards any Fenton piece.

Why did you choose the particular brands on offer?

To help you plan your perfect day, we have hand-picked our favourite brands in the wedding industry, bringing together specialists in dresses, venues, skincare, stationery and more! We have chosen brands that we feel you will love and that tie in with our own brand values, just for you.

Will you add more brands?

We are always looking out for the perfect partners that we feel will best suit you, so watch this space and let us know if you think we should be working with a particular brand!

Can I use a discount more than once with a particular brand?

Each discount is single-use.

I’m a Fenton Bride but I’ve redeemed all the codes I need, is there anything else I get in this tier?

As a Fenton Bride, you are forever a part of the Fenton world. Should we add new partners to our tier, then you will be notified and able to redeem with the new brand. You will also be the first to know when Fenton hosts events or pop-ups, so keep your eyes peeled for any new experiences down the road! Can I combine my account with my partners’ to meet the requirement?

WE are currently working on optimising our platform, and at the moment only one login is available to access Fenton Brides. Please use the details of the purchaser.
