Can I return or exchange my Everyday Jewellery?

No. Due to hygiene reasons all of our Everyday earrings and drops are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

When will my earrings be delivered?

All of our pieces are made to order, so will take 4 weeks to be crafted from recycled gold, quality checked and delivered. This process creates 0% waste, making our process even more environmentally friendly.

Do the drops come in any other metal colour?

No, currently this collection is crafted only in 14k yellow gold.

Why is Everyday cheaper than your other collections?

This collection uses 14k gold which uses slightly less pure gold than 18k gold. It is, however, a common gold karat to find in fine jewellery and our pieces are always solid gold, never plated.

Is caring for 14K the same as 18K?

Yes. As our jewellery is not plated, the care required is the same as the rest of our collection.

Is the jewellery plated or solid?

Our Everyday Collection is solid 14k gold.

Can I view these pieces in an appointment?

We reserve our appointments for engagement rings, wedding bands, wedding jewellery or bespoke pieces. We don’t currently offer appointments for our Everyday Collection as we do not a stock of them, helping us to avoid waste from overproduction.
