The octagon cut Emerald is bezel set in a milgrain detailed setting, and surrounded by a halo of Diamonds matching the milgrain bezel of the Emerald. The overall look, reminiscent of a flower, features both 18K Yellow Gold and Platinum to highlight each gemstone.
