Can I return or exchange my earrings?

No. Due to hygiene reasons all of our earrings are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

When will my jewellery be delivered?

All of our pieces are made to order, so will take 4 weeks to be crafted from recycled gold, quality checked and delivered. This process creates 0% waste, making our process even more environmentally friendly.

Is the jewellery plated or solid?

The Essentials Edit is solid 14k gold, never plated.

Is caring for 14K the same as 18K?

Yes. As our jewellery is not plated, the care required is the same as the rest of our collection.

What diamonds do you use?

Every piece is set with conflict-free, IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds.

Can I view these pieces in an appointment?

We reserve our appointments for engagement rings, wedding bands, wedding jewellery or bespoke pieces. We don’t hold stock of the Essentials Edit, helping us to avoid waste from overproduction. If you have any questions please and we will be happy to help!
