To purchase your gift card, please reach out to our team with the value at which you wish to purchase, and they will send you the next steps and voucher code to use once the order has been placed. Please include the name of the lucky recipient so we can help them when they are ready to choose their piece.

How do you use a gift card?

Our gift cards are valid for 1 year from the purchase date and can be redeemed either online or in appointments. To redeem online, please add your gift card number into the box during the checkout stage, which will then automatically be applied to your order. Our gift cards can be used towards any Fenton piece of an equal or higher value. We will not offer change for a gift card.

Do you offer refunds on gift cards?

Our gift cards are non-refundable.
