Why are Fenton introducing gemstone earrings?
As lovers of all things jewellery, we’ve naturally always had a love of earrings, especially those featuring magnificent gemstones! But up until now, we’ve only ever crafted them as one off bespoke pieces.
However, during lockdown our founder, Laura actually had her ear pierced for the first time, sparking a new obsession.
“I got my ears pierced for the first time late in life, at the age of almost 31! I’d been thinking about it for a while and decided to go for it right before the lockdown in November, as it was nice to have something to distract myself with whilst spending so much time at home.
Because we didn’t yet make earrings as part of our standard range, I used them as a way to test new design ideas and manufacturing techniques, by designing one-off pieces that I gift to myself when I’ve done something deserving!”
We shared these wonderful pieces with you, our Fenton community on Instagram, and were absolutely blown away by the response! So, from that there was only one thing left to do… introducing our NEW earring collection!
When designing the collection our founder Laura wanted to ensure each pair would be perfect for any occasion, wearable for the daytime but equally beautiful for the evening - making them a staple in your jewellery collection. And after months developing and refining the designs we’re proud to finally introduce you to the final line up - featuring 3 timeless stud earring styles and 5 drop earring styles!
