As one off pieces as part of the Private Sale, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You will however be able to purchase our Aftercare Membership to ensure your Fenton piece remains sparkly and beautiful for years to come!

No. These are unique pieces and we will not be able to remake them at the prices shown. If there are any pieces that you wish to have remade, please do reach out to our team who will be happy to provide you with a quote.

No. All ring sizes are visible on the product page, and any resizings will incur a £60 additional fee.

Yes, providing you don't need a resizing you will be able to have your ring within 48hours depending on the day and location you are shipping to. Our showroom reopens on the 5th of January.
