At Fenton, we realise investing in your perfect ring or legacy collection can be a daunting thought. Our goal is to ensure your experience is as seamless, enjoyable and personal as possible, and this includes payment. We've partnered with Splitit to offer you an alternative way to pay, easing the up front cost and offering 0% APR.
If you are an Amex card holder, then you can also look into personalised plans directly with Amex.

We have the solution for you

Our financing methods all differ and offer slightly different solutions to what financing support you might be looking for. We’ve noted some suggested questions here to ask yourself before choosing the best option for you:

1. Are you happy to take on an additional line of credit? This will be reflected in your credit score. The higher your credit score is, the likelier you will be to be accepted. Note we unfortunately don't have any control on Klarna's acceptance algorithms.

2. Over how many repayments would you like to split your purchase - 3, 6, 12 or 24 instalments?

3. How big is your purchase? The concierge team can always split your purchase via a cash deposit and part via a financing tool. The lower the amount you put via our methods, the higher your likelihood of being accepted.

4. Do you live in the UK? If not, don’t worry! We offer Splitit that can be used by anyone outside the UK. Please get in touch if you are based outside of the UK or the USA.

Our Financing Options

Splitit:

This method allows you to split your purchase in 12 equal instalments at no cost to you. Splitit will take the full amount as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, which means that you will neither open a new line of credit nor undergo a credit check. However, you will need that amount available on your credit card limit (e.g. if your purchase costs £2,100, you will need that amount on your credit card limit for Splitit to take a pre-authorisation on your card. That pre-authorisation will then go down gradually, as you repay the monthly installments).

You will need a credit card (no debit cards). The good news is that there is no limit to the amount you can put on Splitit, as long as your credit card has the available corresponding credit limit. This method is available for non-UK residents.

Custom Fenton Payments:

This option is a custom payment where we can split your payments into multiple checkout links so you can finance part, as opposed to all of your purchase or split your payment across multiple accounts. When splitting your payment this way, we will only begin crafting your piece once all payment has been received in full and you will still have all the usual options in terms of return or exchange.

CAN I SPLIT MY PAYMENT ACROSS MULTIPLE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS?

Yes you can, please get in touch with our team and we will help arrange this for you.

CAN I PAY A DOWNPAYMENT UP FRONT AND PUT THE REMAINING BALANCE ON FINANCING?

Yes, please get in touch with our Concierge team to arrange two separate invoices. Please note that both invoices are to be paid within the same day.

I MADE MY PURCHASE VIA A SHOPPING PORTAL (SHOPSAWAY OR AVIOS ESTORE), BUT DID NOT USE THE LINK FOR TRACKING.

Good news, you can get the Avios (OR Virgin points) credited retrospectively even if you didn't click on the link while purchasing. To do this, you need to lodge a missing points claim on your portal so that we can approve the purchase and the points will then be manually credited to your account (the process might take a little bit longer though).

CAN I CHANGE MY METHOD OF PAYMENT AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

Should you wish to change your payment method after placing your order, you will need to reach out to our Concierge team. Whilst we offer offer a full refund or exchange on our standard collection within 60 days of receipt of your piece (standard collection excludes earrings and bespoke pieces), you may be charged a fee if changing your payment method post purchase to cover the fees incurred in doing so.

Splitit isn't processing my payment

For your payment to process with Splitit, you will need to complete a successful credit check and have sufficient funds available in usable credit for the payment to clear. If you have used all of your available credit but are still below your limit, you may need to reach out to your credit card company to increase. Just to note, this can take 3-5 business days to reflect on your available credit.
