Intwining moons are created in this beautiful piece featuring a marquise-cut Blue Sapphire set in between two diamond-set curves, finished with two rows of round-cut Blue Sapphires. The claw setting of the Diamonds and the 18K yellow gold band create a highly unique overall vintage look.
