How do I collect my points

Join the club by signing up above. Our concierge team will send you an email with your individual membership number. Keep this number safe to unlock future rewards! Please note existing customers receives 75 points as part of their first Fenton purchase only, regardless of the number of rings they purchased from us. Please mention to our Concierge if you have been referred by a fellow Karma Club member at any stage prior to the delivery of your order and we will credit both you and your friends account with points.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you’ve reached the number of points for the level you wish to unlock, get in touch with our Concierge team with your name and Loyalty number, to redeem your rewards. You can then choose your custom piece which will be dispatched via complimentary insured delivery.

Why do you offer different gemstones in your drop earrings, bezel bracelet and necklaces to the gemstones I can find on your website?

For our drop earrings, necklaces and bezel bracelet, we set rose quartz, amethyst, smokey quartz and peridot - choose your sparkling stone to elevate your everyday. We do not offer these gemstones as part of our main collection, as they are less suitable for daily wear in rings.

Is the metal used also 18kt gold and platinum?

Our Cufflinks are crafted in 925 silver, while the rest of the collection is made from your choice of solid 18kt white, rose or yellow gold.

What happens if I want a refund on my Fenton purchase?

In the case of a refund, you will be able to retain the points you have accumulated. Future referrals will be rewarded with 50 points instead of the 75 points existing customers normally receive.
If that particular purchase triggered a loyalty gift to a friend of yours that was shipped already, unfortunately, you are no longer eligible for a return.

Can I do bespoke orders on this collection?

We don't offer bespoke on The Karma Club Collection, but if you are looking to buy a bespoke piece of jewellery please get in touch with our Concierge team who will be delighted to help!

Can I buy these as part of the main collection?

The Karma Club collection is only available to members of our loyalty programme. These pieces are not available to buy in our main collection.

Can I exchange one gift for another later?

We are unable to offer an exchange on pieces from the Karma Club collection.

Can I exchange points for money or store credit?

Points cannot be exchanged for monetary value or store credit. As you earn points you can collect pieces as you go or save your points for that special something. Please also note that our program may be altered or discontinued at any time with the unused points lapsing.

How long after my purchase can I still refer a friend?

Referrals can be made up to 12 months post-purchase to qualify for points.
